Marriott Savannah Riverfront

RESERVATIONS

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront has set aside a limited block of rooms for our event. 

RATES
King or 2 Queen Standard Room
1/13 - 1/17/27 - $219 plus taxes
The above rate is per guestroom, per night with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom. Upgrades to Riverfront/Riverview Rooms may be available at an additional charge at check-in.

Group rate is available 3 days pre/post event dates based on hotel availability.  For those wishing to take advantage of this option, please book the dates that are available via the reservation link, and then email amanda.holden@columbiasussex.com with your confirmation number along with the additional dates you would like to stay and she will verify availability and update reservations accordingly.

Cut-off-Date
Reservations by attendees must be received no later than Tuesday, December 22, 2026.  All guestrooms not reserved in the NTPDA room block at the cut-off date will revert back to Property for general sale. Any reservation request received after that time may be accepted on "space available" basis at the prevailing property rates. 

Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in:  4:00 p.m.
Check-out:  11:00 a.m.
Early arrivals and late check outs are subject to availability and prevailing fees.

LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
Room reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival without a penalty.  Early departure fee waived with 24 hours advance notice.  No Show/Cancellation and Early Departure Fee is equal to one night's room and tax.
