It's a new week and I'm sure there is a lot on your "To Do" list. And, most of you can't check things off that list unless you have people to help you. I guess I started thinking about this yesterday during the Super Bowl. And, whether or not your team won you know that there are a lot of elements involved in playing the game. And, the one word that came to mind was TEAMWORK! Even though the National Tractor Parts Dealer Association is a relatively small association - Kim and I work as a team. I couldn't do what I do without her help, inspiration and support - and visa versa! We both have our strengths....and, yes, our weaknesses...but together we can accomplish the goals we set out to do on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. I hope that you have that kind of team at your businesses, that you have a great month and you accomplish the goals you set out for. . . not only your business but also your personal goals!
