The National Tractor Parts Dealer Association is committed to supporting our members and their companies. We want all of you to be successful and we are here to help you in any way we can. One way that we thought would be effective was to talk about our members in our blog on a weekly basis. We’ve already blogged about a few of you and this week it’s time to talk about Russells Tractor Parts in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Pat Russell opened the door to Russells Tractor Parts in October 1992 and he and his wife, Becky, became involved with the NTPDA that same year with Pat serving on the board for several years. Russells Tractor Parts is a tractor salvage yard that deals in new, used and industrial parts. Their primary focus is on parts locating. If you’re looking for that hard to find tractor part or just a tractor part in general, then give them a call at 800-248-8883. Pat continues to be involved in the Association but has branched out in the past few years. In 2000, Pat and his son-in-law Chris Staton started the B-B-Que Shop where they are dealers of Traeger grills. In December of 2003, Pat’s son, Trey, joined the family owned and operated business. And, this past January, Trey was elected to the NTPDA board of directors. It’s exciting to see generations continue to be involved in the family business. Over the past few years not only have the businesses grown but so has the Russell family. Chris and Bandy have a son, Stone, and Trey and Erica are expecting their first baby in April.
So many of our member companies are owned and operated by families and it’s great to see everyone working together to improve not only their businesses but working towards keeping the family together!
