The dictionary defines the word networking as "the developing of contacts or exchanges of information."  And, all of us do that on a day to day basis with our employees and our customers.  The National Tractor Parts Dealer Association is a big proponent of networking.  We encourage our members to join us at the annual conference and trade show and the summer conference and engage yourselves in networking.  I recently attended the Used Parts Network Convention (UPN) in Bend, Oregon.  I had never been to that area and it was absolutely beautiful.  And, there were many networking opportunities at UPN.  There are several NTPDA members that attend and it is also a great time to meet new people and potential new members.  So, take every opportunity you can to network - there's a lot of great information floating around out there!
